These terms govern your use of the Shopify app Order Alerts for Telegram ("the App"), provided by EpicPilot Labs ("we", "us"), based in Lithuania (European Union). By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms.
In short: the App is free and provided as-is. We do our best to deliver every alert, but we can't guarantee it — Telegram, Shopify, and the internet are outside our control. Don't rely on it as your only record of orders. We may add usage limits or paid plans in future, with notice, and we may discontinue the App with reasonable notice.
The App sends notification messages to a Telegram chat or group that you connect, when events occur in your Shopify store — such as a new order, a cancelled order, or a product falling to or below your chosen stock threshold. You choose which alerts to enable and where they are delivered.
The App is provided free of charge, on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every alert will be delivered, delivered on time, or delivered at all.
Alert delivery depends on services outside our control, including Shopify's webhook delivery, Telegram's messaging platform, our hosting providers, and general internet connectivity. Any of these may fail, be delayed, rate-limit traffic, or change their terms.
The App is a convenience, not a system of record. Your Shopify admin remains the authoritative source for your orders and inventory. Do not rely on the App as your only means of knowing about orders, and do not use it for any purpose where a missed or delayed message would cause harm or loss.
The App is currently offered free of charge. Because we bear the cost of running it, we reserve the right to:
If we introduce limits or charges, we will give merchants reasonable advance notice through the App, the App Store listing, or by email. You will never be charged without your explicit approval through Shopify's billing system, and you may uninstall the App at any time.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time as the App evolves. We aim to give notice of material changes that affect how you use it.
We may discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time. If we decide to discontinue it, we will give merchants reasonable advance notice — normally at least 30 days — through the App and/or by email, so you can arrange an alternative. Because the App is free, no refunds arise. On discontinuation or uninstall, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EpicPilot Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, sales, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App — including any missed, delayed, or undelivered alert.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the App, which for a free app is zero.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
The App relies on third-party services, including Shopify and Telegram, each governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for those services, their availability, or any changes they make. Order Alerts for Telegram is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Telegram Messenger or Shopify.
Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, or if required to do so by Shopify, by law, or to protect the App and other merchants.
We may update these terms as the App evolves or as legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Where you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
